1. Goods are dispatched at purchasers risk. Freight is payable by the purchaser

2. No claim accepted unless notified within 7 days of delivery.

3. Credit facilities are only available to approved customers otherwise prepayment is required prior to dispatch of the goods. Ownership or title of the goods does not pass to the purchaser until they are paid in full.
